Whatcom Dollars for Scholars offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Whatcom County. Our secure web portal will allow you to create a student profile and apply for local, and some regional or national scholarships. This is a template website, provided for our use by Scholarship America. Because we cannot customize this template, we provide these instructions that will help you match to our local scholarships. PLEASE read them!
Applying for scholarships is a two-step process.
- Fill out the student profile - you can start anytime!
- Come back when scholarships are "Live" and apply
The 2022-23 Scholarship Round for graduating high school seniors in Whatcom County will open in late January 2023.
Scholarships Open: January 30th (You can start filling out the application/student profile earlier)
Scholarships Close: February 24th at midnight
Scholarship Award Notification: By April 26th. Students will receive notification about scholarship application awards and denials via email.
Students using this online application may also qualify for regional and national scholarships that may be available throughout the year. We encourage you to return to this website, update your student profile and search for scholarships throughout your college career.
